Frequently Asked Questions About Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It cannot be washed, worn, or altered in any way.Â
If the label has been cut off, returns will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items not returned to us in their original condition. Items are your responsibility until they arrive at our facility, and we cannot refund or process returns for items we do not receive.Â

Right now, We are unable to accept exchanges. You may, however, return the existing item and place a fresh order.

2. Provide Payment Details: Next, share your bank details for direct refunds or opt for store credit if you prefer. Choose the method that best suits your needs.
3. Specify the Subject of Your Refund Request: From the drop-down menu, select the relevant subject for your refund request. If your reason doesn’t fit any of the provided options, please choose “Other” and provide a brief explanation.
4. Elaborate on Your Refund Reason: In the “Description for Refund Reason” section, offer a detailed account of your situation. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to understand your request and process it swiftly.
5. Attach Relevant Images: If applicable, please upload clear images of the products you are returning. This visual evidence can help expedite the review process.
6. Submit Your Request: Finally, review all the information you’ve provided and submit your request for approval. We’ll take it from there and keep you updated on the status of your refund.

Unfortunately, Items from separate orders cannot be returned in the same shipment. Should this occur, your return will not be accepted by us and our warehouse will not be able to handle it. For this reason, we kindly request that you always return your various orders in separate parcels.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, please allow 3-4 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to be issued to the original payment card. We appreciate your patience during this time and are committed to ensuring a smooth refund experience for you.
If you receive a product that arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. Prompt notification allows us to swiftly address the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
All returns must be registered in our portal and use our return forms. Packages returned to us without registering in our portal will not be processed and are therefore not an authorised return.
Original Payment Method: You can choose to have your refund processed back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Lenore Activewear Credit Note or Gift Card: Alternatively, you can opt for a credit note or gift card equivalent to the amount of your return, which can be used for future purchases with us.
